Proof of the identity – Copy of the Pan Card of the partnership firm, all the partners and the authorized signatories.

Proof of Address (all the partners / authorized signatories) - Any one of the following may be submitted

Passport copy

Voter id card copy

Driving license copy

Latest original Bank statement with original cancelled cheque or verified copy of the bank statement / bank passbook with Bankers seal and signature

Electricity bill or telephone bill in the customer’s name (not more than two months old)

Proof of Address – Partnership firm.

Proof of Bank Account of the Partnership firm : Any one of the following may be submitted.

A certified true copy of the partnership deed.

Copy of last Income Tax Returns filed

Authorization from all the partners to open a demat / Trading account

List of personnel authorised to operate and maintain, duly authorised by the partners (Mentioning on the letter head of the firm “ partners who shall operate the said demat/trading accounts”) – signed by all the partners

The Authorised signatories should sign the account opening form and other documents under the stamp of Partnership firm.
